Bazart is a Mediterranean restaurant inside New City Gas, Montreal's most iconic entertainment complex. They hired us to grow their social media presence, manage their email marketing, and drive reservations for the launch of their summer terrasse.

For the launch, we organized a high-profile influencer event during F1 weekend in partnership with Patrón. Here's how it went.

How We Did It

Influencer Strategy & Outreach

We built the guest list across three pillars: food and beverage creators, press and local bloggers covering the best of Montreal, and tastemakers whose presence alone signals credibility. Top guests were invited for the full sit-down dinner experience. Every influencer was invited with their group so it felt like a real night out, not a branded event.

Custom Invitations

Each guest received a custom box hand-delivered to their door by our team. Inside, a welcome invitation, a Patrón bottle, a premade cocktail mix, a seashell dish, incense, a Spotify playlist, and a Bazart tote bag. Every item was chosen to engage the senses and build anticipation before the event even started.

Event Activations

We designed the event around the full sensory experience, custom Patrón cocktails, caviar bumps, a DJ, a tarot card reader, and a shaman to match the venue's Tulum-inspired energy. Every activation gave guests something to do, something to talk about, and something to post. Amuse bouches to start, followed by a 5 course sit-down dinner.
